Christina Lund’s path to real estate was shaped early, moving across the country with her Irish immigrant parents and three siblings before her family planted roots in St. Petersburg. A graduate of Shorecrest Preparatory School, she went on to earn a full tennis scholarship to Boston College and later her law degree from St. Thomas University in Miami.
Since 2004, Christina has combined her legal training and real estate knowledge as both a licensed attorney and Realtor®. Her background as a real estate attorney gives her clients an added layer of confidence—whether buying, selling, or leasing—because she can guide them not only through the transaction but also with the legal insight and protection that comes with years of practice. Known for her supportive approach, Christina has helped countless clients navigate complex deals with clarity and care.
Tampa Bay is home, and when she’s not advising clients, you’ll find her with her two children and two dogs or on the tennis court, where she captains a local league. She also gives back to her community through volunteer work with Special Olympics and Tennis for Fun, combining her love of tennis with her passion for making a difference.
